We provide businesses and web developers worldwide with intuitive and secure tool sets, nurtured by our tech team along the way.

Our products are available as standalone apps and plugins for the most popular WYSIWYG editors, like CKEditor, TinyMCE, Froala Editor, and others. There are also separate integrations for WordPress and Drupal; extensions for Chrome, Firefox, and MS Edge browsers. Our products are available as SaaS and on-premise solutions.

The technology stack includes but is not limited to the use of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PHP, C++, Java, Python, Perl, SQL, Jasmine, Ansible, AWS, Machine/Deep Learning.

We are looking for a Sales/Account manager to help us keep our clients satisfied and engaged with WSC products and services.

What you will do

  • Communicate with potential and existing customers, build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Handle inbound leads, provide product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Answer customer questions and collaborate with the product team in resolving customer issues.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with new and existing clients.
  • Manage accounts and leads in CRM.
  • Analyze and track KPI, create reports.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.

Knowledge and skills required

  • 1+ year of proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  • At least upper-intermediate English level.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivation, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree. Business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Would be a plus

  • Experience in selling technical products in the form of SDK, API, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of the software development process.
