Our products are used by more than one and a half thousand companies worldwide, including Google, Mastercard, Intel, BMW, Bosch, and Pfizer. We are interested in getting clients from a new market and looking for a Sales Representative to help conquer Latin America.

Providing high-quality technical solutions and customer service, we’ve already got clients from Fortune 100 list. We expect you’ll help us maintain or improve the set bar, growing a new professional team as a future Lead of the direction.

What you will do on this project?

Strategy — build and implement a Latin American market entry strategy.

Market research and analytics — conduct regular market research to keep up with all local trends and customers’ needs.

Financial decisions — apply economic analyses to evaluate business opportunities, make strategic choices, and plan budget.

Selling — participate in the sales process from the first contact to contract conduction.

Relationship Management — establish relationships with industry influencers, customers, and key strategic partners.

Marketing — collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance the visibility and credibility of the product.

Reporting — create regular reports to track and improve sales figures.

Knowledge and skills required

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Specialist or similar position in software development companies.
  • Successful experience working with the Latin American market.
  • Clear communication in English, both spoken and written.
  • Extensive experience developing and nurturing relationships, serving as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to create strategic solutions (product/business development, marketing, and/or technology solutions) and implement them to drive top-line results.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships and delivering results with global, multicultural, and remote teams.
  • Ability to negotiate business agreements and to enhance existing and develop new business partnerships.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to speak the language of numbers.

Would be a plus

  • Upper-intermediate Spanish or/and Portuguese level.
  • Experience in bringing a product to the new market from scratch.
  • Experience working with software products.
