TeamDev creates products that are used by lots of well-known clients all over the world. Recruitment is a significant part of every company’s growth, but we have high requirements for candidates’ hard and soft skills.

We are looking for a Recruitment Researcher who could speed up finding perfect match candidates.

The Team

You will be part of the People Integration team, consisting of the Director of PI, Recruiter, PI Assistant, Employer Brand Manager, and SMM Manager. Also, you can be in contact with everybody in daily meetings.

Process and Instruments

As an international company with Ukrainian roots, we mostly hired local specialists, but now we have expanded borders. We’ll be happy to find the right person, regardless of his location.

Our processes are transparent, and we communicate directly with hiring managers. We usually decide on an offer based on the recruitment prescreen and one technical interview. You will not find delays because of unnecessary bureaucracy.

Vacancies technology stack includes but is not limited to JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, C++, C#, Python, and Golang. Most technical vacancies are middle-level or higher, but we have internship programs for trainee engineers. Also, we are working with non-tech positions in marketing, legal, sales, and other fields.

We are always open to using new tools or job boards, but our fundamental resources are LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, and Indeed. Of course, our strategy can be more extensive based on vacancy difficulty.

We use Google services for many tasks, such as internal communication and interviewing. You’ll work with Mail, Chat, Drive, Calendar, and Meet daily. Our ATS is CleverStaff, but we also have access to PeopleForce as an HRM platform.

What you will do

  • Source and contact candidates.
  • Fill in recruitment ATS.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and recruiter or hiring managers.
  • Work with junior or non-technical vacancies, for example, Java Intern or Legal Specialist, as a recruiter.
  • Make an impact on a company’s hiring strategy.
  • Implement fresh sourcing tools and trends in the recruiting process.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions about employer branding activities.

Knowledge and skills required

  • Finished IT-Recruitment courses.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
  • High level of literacy (both technical and linguistic).
  • Curiosity, interest in new technologies, and the world of IT.
  • Knowledge of business emailing rules.
  • Confident Google services user: Gmail, Drive, Documents, Sheets, and Forms.
  • High level of attention to detail.

Would be a plus

  • Working experience in the recruitment area in an IT company.
  • Higher education in a technical field or programming experience.
