Our team, which deals with the legal aspects of working with clients, is looking for a Legal Assistant. This position is for those who love order and are looking for growth in the field of international contracts. Experience in the IT field would be preferable.
What you will do
- Help to search for information, study international law acts and standards.
- Analyse third-party license agreements for products and services.
- Prepare agreements and compliance documents based on templates.
- Help review customer edits to agreements.
- Provide analysis for Open-source licenses.
- Assist in the formation of compliance processes.
- Do the ad hoc department work according to the tasks of the senior personnel.
Knowledge and skills required
- Higher legal education.
- English (upper-intermediate level: reading, writing, speaking).
- Knowledge of business emailing rules.
- Confident use of the Google services: Inbox, Gmail, Drive, Documents, Sheets, Forms, Presentations.
- Information research skills.
- Understanding of contract law principles.
- Contract negotiation experience.
- Understanding of software licensing.
- Understanding of the software development process.
- Understanding the process-oriented approach.
- Work experience in the IT industry.
- Proactivity.

- Experience in a product company.
